Servizi e prodotti
- Guida gratuita (PDF): la ricevi via email in cambio di nome e indirizzo email.
- CV Pack (19 €): prodotto digitale scaricabile subito dopo il pagamento, con una revisione del tuo CV in chat su Instagram entro 48-72 ore e 7 giorni per mandarmi la versione rivista.
- Revisione del CV (39 €): ricevi via email una revisione scritta del tuo CV entro 48 ore lavorative da quando ho il CV (link nel modulo d'acquisto o PDF in risposta all'email di conferma), più un giro di domande via email.
- Coaching 1:1 (69 €): videochiamata di 60 minuti su Google Meet, documento riassuntivo entro 24 ore dalla call e chiarimenti in DM nei 7 giorni successivi.
Il CV Pack si paga con Stripe tramite Link, che per questo prodotto è il venditore registrato: valgono anche le sue condizioni (link.com) e l'IVA, dove dovuta, è già compresa e la versa Link. La revisione del CV si paga con Stripe; la call si prenota e si paga su Cal.com, che incassa tramite Stripe. Dopo il pagamento ricevi la ricevuta via email. I prezzi sono in euro, sono quelli indicati al momento dell'acquisto e sono il totale che paghi: niente abbonamenti né costi aggiunti dopo. Gli acquisti fatti su Stan (stan.store) fino al 9 novembre 2026 restano soggetti anche alle condizioni di Stan.
Chi può acquistare
Servizi e prodotti sono per persone maggiorenni. Se hai meno di 18 anni, l'acquisto o la prenotazione li fa un genitore o chi ne fa le veci.
Spostare o annullare la call
- Fino a 24 ore prima: puoi spostarla o annullarla gratuitamente, con rimborso completo se annulli.
- Entro 24 ore: puoi spostarla una volta.
- Assenza senza preavviso: la call non è recuperabile.
Prodotti digitali
Il CV Pack viene consegnato subito. Se sei un consumatore nell'Unione europea, acquistandolo chiedi l'esecuzione immediata e accetti di perdere il diritto di recesso una volta iniziato il download. Se il file non funziona o non corrisponde alla descrizione, scrivimi: ti mando il file corretto o ti rimborso.
Revisione del CV: se non ti consegno la revisione entro 48 ore lavorative da quando ho ricevuto il CV, ti rimborso per intero. Finché non ho iniziato a lavorarci puoi annullare e ricevere il rimborso completo; una volta consegnata la revisione il servizio è concluso.
Diritto di recesso (consumatori nell'Unione europea)
Per la call e la revisione del CV hai 14 giorni dall'acquisto per recedere. Se prenoti la call o mi mandi il CV prima che siano passati, mi chiedi di iniziare subito: una volta che il servizio è stato svolto per intero, il diritto di recesso non vale più. Fino a quel momento valgono le condizioni di annullamento qui sopra, che sono più favorevoli. Per il CV Pack vedi "Prodotti digitali".
Come chiedere un rimborso
Scrivimi a ciao@valerioswiss.com con l'email usata per l'acquisto e il prodotto. Se il rimborso è dovuto, parte entro 14 giorni, sullo stesso metodo di pagamento (tramite Stripe, Link o Cal.com; per gli acquisti fatti su Stan, tramite Stan).
Reclami
Se qualcosa non va, scrivimi a ciao@valerioswiss.com: ti rispondo entro 5 giorni lavorativi e cerchiamo insieme una soluzione. Se vivi nell'Unione europea puoi anche rivolgerti al Centro europeo dei consumatori del tuo Paese.

Services and products
- Free guide (PDF, in Italian): you receive it by email in exchange for your name and email address.
- CV Pack (€19): digital product you can download right after payment, with a review of your CV in an Instagram chat within 48-72 hours and 7 days to send me the revised version.
- CV review (€39): you receive a written review of your CV by email within 48 working hours of my receiving the CV (link in the order form or PDF in reply to the confirmation email), plus one round of questions by email.
- 1:1 coaching (€69): 60-minute video call on Google Meet, a written summary within 24 hours of the call and follow-up questions by DM for 7 days.
The CV Pack is paid with Stripe through Link, which is the merchant of record for this product: its terms also apply (link.com) and VAT, where due, is already included and paid by Link. The CV review is paid with Stripe; the call is booked and paid on Cal.com, which collects payment through Stripe. After paying you get the receipt by email. Prices are in euros, are those shown at the time of purchase and are the total you pay: no subscriptions and no costs added later. Purchases made on Stan (stan.store) until 9 November 2026 are also subject to Stan's terms.
Who can buy
Services and products are for adults. If you are under 18, the purchase or booking must be made by a parent or guardian.
Rescheduling or cancelling the call
- Up to 24 hours before: you can reschedule or cancel free of charge, with a full refund if you cancel.
- Within 24 hours: you can reschedule once.
- No-show without notice: the call cannot be made up.
Digital products
The CV Pack is delivered immediately. If you are a consumer in the European Union, by buying it you request immediate delivery and accept that you lose your right of withdrawal once the download starts. If the file does not work or does not match the description, write to me: I will send you the correct file or refund you.
CV review: if I do not deliver the review within 48 working hours of receiving your CV, I refund you in full. Until I have started working on it you can cancel and get a full refund; once the review is delivered the service is complete.
Right of withdrawal (consumers in the European Union)
For the call and the CV review you have 14 days from purchase to withdraw. If you book the call or send me your CV before those 14 days have passed, you are asking me to start right away: once the service has been fully performed, the right of withdrawal no longer applies. Until then the cancellation terms above apply, and they are more favourable. For the CV Pack see "Digital products".
How to ask for a refund
Write to ciao@valerioswiss.com with the email used for the purchase and the product. If a refund is due, it is issued within 14 days to the same payment method (through Stripe, Link or Cal.com; for purchases made on Stan, through Stan).
Complaints
If something is wrong, write to ciao@valerioswiss.com: I reply within 5 working days and we look for a solution together. If you live in the European Union you can also contact the European Consumer Centre in your country.

Coaching, guides and tools help you prepare, but they do not guarantee an interview or a job: applications are in your hands and hiring decisions are up to the companies.
